Records Still Blank
I am missing a few records in the books.
I don't have them so, I guess they don't exist or weren't noteworthy.
This will make it a little more fun i suppose.
Patapsco-Mixed Pins Short Tees

This will make the 2008 season a little more fun I think,
Besides, I don't have records of these anyways.

TL Vs. SL
Whats the Difference?????????????????????
SL = Starfire Star Plastic
TL = Teebird Star Plastic
The TL is the brother of the reliable TeeBird. The "L" stands for "Less Overstable" and "Longer". This disc has the same great speed and glide as the TeeBird, but is straighter flying with less fade at the end of the flight. This also is the same
categorzation for the Starfire, aka SL.

San Marino Roc's To Make A Return
Roc Collector's listen up.
Providing the tests continue to go well, the Champion San Marino will debut in this run. It is important to note that these discs are being molded to be San Marino-like in performance. The bottom of the disc will say San Marino, but it will be clearly unique from the San Marinos of old. This was a necessary step for the collector community.
This will sub-sequently raise the price and collector value of the old-skool San Marino Rocs, which have been out of print for the last 10 years.
Anyone wanna buy one? I have an old one if the price is right.

Star Aviar Driver
I think this settles the Aviar mold issue.
"The Star Aviar Driver is made from the Big Bead driver mold. This is the same mold used for the KC and JK Aviar. It has the same flight characteristics of these ever popular discs plus the additional bonus of Star plastic. Star plastic gives the Aviar Driver more durability and offers players another grip option. Great for drives, approaches and putts.

Tip of the Week
Turning your hips is the secret of throwing farther, because
a well-timed hip turn will allow you to put your whole body
into the throw. I asked Steve Brinster, who tosses about
500 feet without being physically enormous, how he does it.
He said one thing to try is pointing your left heel (for righthanders)
toward the target on the second step of your
three-step X-step run-up. This puts your back to the target.
By unleashing his hips in this manner, Steve is able to
connect the ample strength of his legs to the rotation of his
torso, which in turn increases his arm speed. The same
basic technique can also be applied to a standstill drive.
Once you get over the awkwardness of doing something
new, you can begin to refine your new mechanics by
concentrating on being smooth. Smoothness always equals
greater power. How many times have we seen some stud
huck a BOMB and someone, as if on cue, will say, “Wow, it
looks as if you didn’t even throw that!” Real power is
always smooth. Keeping this in mind, try to eliminate all
unnecessary movements in your windup. People have
strange and awkward ways of expressing exertion, and
many of these head jerks, knee bends, and hippity hops
serve only to inhibit smoothness and hence power.

sounds like a little pitch and putt for students.
I'm assuming thats why 717 installed Whispering Falls.

Tourney details
"from MD-Discgolf.com" (from John Merhi-TD)
THE WHOLE COURSE HAS BEEN MOWED AND IT LOOKS LIKE A COUNTRY CLUB! (Thank you Ranger Powell!)
These are most likely the holes we'll play:
Rd 1: 1-18 (Short to A)
Rd 2: 10-27 (Long to A)
Rd 3: 1-9, 19-27 (Long to B)
Rd 4: Not sure. Maybe 1-18, maybe 10-27 (Short to C). Definitely not the same as Round 3. The main thing is that 3 of the 4 rounds will contain Holes 10-18.
Intermediate division plays all 4 rounds from the short tees.
